This year, we're thrilled to host our gathering at Garner Holt Productions, the creative team behind the animatronics at Disneyland, Disney World, and Universal Studios. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn and mingle within the walls where this enchanting magic is made.

In addition, we’re offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: with a donation of $100 to the Garner Holt Foundation, you can secure a spot for a guided 1-hour backstage tour. This exclusive peek behind the scenes will showcase animatronics in various stages of assembly—past, present, and future. Please note that a signed NDA is required for this tour. Space is limited, and only the first 40 registrants will experience this special access, so hurry—spaces will fill up quickly!

This event is brought to life by a dedicated team of volunteers from the lighting community, with generous support from friends, holiday lighting vendors, and other businesses. Our aim is always to keep costs minimal, covering only venue and food expenses, ensuring that the focus remains on you, the attendee.
